i just got my car back from Windford Engineering in Scoresby. I got an AU 3 layer head gasket put in cos mine was rooted. while the head was off they reco'd it and did port and valve work. i havent got exact specs but the ports have had as much taken out of them until before it does worse. and the valve seats have been moved to the tip of the valve. after all that was done it went on the dyno. i was surprised!

i made 150.0 kW at the wheels @ 4857rpm
and 387nM @ 3517rpm

getting a hold of the power graph has shown i have fueling problems tho :( when the car hit 3500rpm it died in the a** and then picked up then died again and so on till redline. so now im gonna have to get the ecu remapped if possible or some way around it. does anyone know what i should do to cure tis problem?

it cost 1200 all labour included and a dyno run aswell. its like 1100 without dyno run. i honestly cant tell the gain from the headwork. but i know its done something. the throttle response is a heap better and the cam works alot better too
