I put the oil flush in, idled it for 10 mins only to find sump plug stuck. Its an EGAS AU2 and hasn't had an oil change for 20000kms. Is it catastrophic to leave the flush in overnight until I can get help?

Based on that fact my Mum is the best around!

Yeah I've been neglectful, but how long until the oil flush damages the engine?

1. Buy a replacement plug.
2. Find a imperial socket that is a bit smaller than the metric socket and gently bash it on with a hammer.
3. Conduct your normal oil change.

Could be stuck as its cross threaded

The flush won't hurt it unless you drive it.
