I have a BA Xt Falcon with a Dedicated Egas engine in it, it is constantly braking down it is really s**t me off so i have decided to buy a Xr6 engine that has done 80,000kms to put in it and take it back to petrol.... Now the question i have is..... Will the Xr6 engine go stright in my Ba Xt with no problems and can i use my current gearbox and Will i have to change the computer????????????? Please Help!!!!

all blocks are the same its just whats inside and the tuning. will have to be towed to ford or a flash tuner to unlock the ecu to your car.

if its a factory dedicated gas? you may also need engine loom?, fuel tank, fuel lines ect...

Why don't people fix anything anymore, just chuck out the engine and throw in another? or has it been in and out of workshops and we don't know about it?
