Hi all, I am about to purchase a NF fairlane, it's a really good car but has two problems that has me stumped.

1. the climate control is jammed on 32 degrees and the temp buttons won't work as in that pressing them won't change the temperature and for the AC to kick in the ac button has to be held in for about 5 seconds

2. It has what appears to be a factory tilt and slide sunroof, it will move a little bit then stop where it is and I have to wait a few seconds without pressing the button and will move a bit more and then the process repeats.

If you guys know what may cause these problems it will be appreciated heaps
