no no i `ve spotted it.....its the coloured in tickford logo on the intake. hope you coloured between the lines.

thats an odd podfilter setup with the hole at the back.

new radiator hose?
rusty engine mount?

jk, if you paint the rocker cover, and paint/pull off the belt cover itll look better. but if you take off the belt cover make sure the block is clean.

yeah i will be painting the rocker cover shortly, thats the next mod, probably paint it red!!!!!!!!!!!

use a bright red it looks better than the dull xr6 red.

Do you guys use high temp paint or will any 2 pac paint do, if so i could probably paint it with the same silver as the body paint with one of those touch up cans>?

dont use touch up apint, it will melt off, touch up arnt heat proof... use a engine enamel, i picked them up from supercheap for 10 bucks a can 4 bucks off on sale... :D i got red, silver and black

keep your eyes peeled for my engine bay soon.


also some helpful hints, get it sand blasted first, then a light sand to get the crap off it, then paint.
