Had one of these put in my bro's EA S pac and its a heap of s**t!!!
The car has been back plenty of times all covered under their warranty! READ THE FINE PRINT on this!!! But in the end basically told them to stick it and has been an ongoing project for another mechanic.... Not worth it.....put the money towards getting your reco'd IMO!! |

$2,400 will get you a stage 2, 130rwkw, ITS engine last time I checked. You'll probably even get a couple of dollars in change. Get in touch with Mark and support the guys that are supporting us!

yeh guys im just looking for a stock ef xr6 engine no performance parts like bigger cam and stuff like that, my mum and dad will also drive the car so the only things ill be doing to the car is exhaust , cold air induction and unichip.
now with there stock engines are there any problems ? |

HM GEM are mass produced engine, wether special order or sitting on the shelf drive away, the engine builds are of dubious quality.

ALTED motors can be built to the spec you wish, Currenly just done a stage 2 onto a fairlane .
ALTED does not use stages 1-6 Only having 3 stages, But and ALTED stage one would be the same as most stage 3 motors . any questions, info@altedperformance.com |

ive asked around and ill probably take my chances with a stock engine and i cant wait to long for my engine to get reconditioned so thats why im going for this option.
but thanks for the replys guys they were a real good read and i can see that the opinions are devided. |
