What is the relevance of your post?
I dont think too many Ford owners here will actually entertain the notion of how to kill a Ford...
Try a Commodore Forum instead. You might get a better reception......

haha in all seriousness, if its dead stock and if you drive it like a crazy man (burnouts everywhere, constantly revving around 4k+, heavy braking everywhere, full throttle takeoffs everywhere etc) then it wouldnt last too long i would think.

Depends on if your flogging and not maintaining.....(water and oil up)

IE thrashing the f**k out if it..hitting the limiter etc dougheys... If you dont get the engine HOT it will cop that s**t for along time. Like any car you can kill it if you really want to but these bastads take a fukn flogging. No commodore will handle what a ford will.

I've owned a number of fords from the early x series to my current au and flogged them all. Never had a serious problem from any, always perfectly maintained though. Wouldnt recomment any of the above suggestions though.

As for holdens........who f****n cares

My EF has copped a seriously tuff life from new, and still starts first time very time and runs strong. A mates VU Holden ute has been babied since new and is already on it's second tranny at 120,000k's and uses oil even though it's not a Ls1 but the the trusty pushrod six. Drive the Falcon hard, but change the fluids and filters etc. at relevant intervals and they will cop a hell of alot of abuse.
