how to check fuel pressure with gauge?

hey guys ive tried looking everywhere i cant find a test port to test fuel pressure. i tried hookin the gauge up to the bottom of the fuel reg and i got a reading of nearly 90 psi when i put the accessories onto reds, this doesnt seem right.....

Try connecting the pressure gauge to the hose attached to fuel rail (ie. not the one attached to the fuel regulator). You'll be measuring the pressure between the fuel pump and regulator.
