ON STARTING THE CAR IN MOST CASES THE INSTRUMENT LIGHTS WILL FLASH ON AND OFF WHEN DRIVING. HAVE TAKEN IT TO AN AUTO ELECTRICIAN AND HAS REPLACED THE BODY SENSOR. ANY SUGGESTIONS.

Check all earths in the car, especially the one up on top of the dash. If I remember correctly there is a panel in the middle on top of the dash board which allows access to earth bolt, without removal of entire dash.

Also check for loose plugs in back of the instrument cluster...................
