Does anyone have some info/pics on the tickford intake pipe from the box to the butterfly? or anyother custom made pipes? im looking for simple and relitively cheap performance mods that will make the engine bay look good to.

arent the tickford intake pipes fromthe airbox to the TB the same as standard?

if you want a custom job, take a look in tickford6 's thread about custom intake pipes

there was a tickford set that had a double tube sort of set up. Cheers

the ef intake tubes are duel flat type setup where as the el's had a single pipe going from the a/box to the t/b

No difference in the tickford pipes between airbox and TB. As said above, the double tube setup is standard in EFs and was dropped in later models.

just get a jmm intake pipe it looks tuff but im pretty sure has no performance advantage, but it does look very tidy

i just got a tickford intake to replace the one that goes from the airbox to just ontop of the radiator. its heaps bigger, i dont know if it really does anything, just figured it was a good starting point.
