Heyhey

Has anyone had any experiences with JMM Valve springs, ive heard good things about them, ie there better then crow.

Anyway wanted to know if JMM retainers are necessary to?

Can I use stock retainers?

I was going to use JMM springs on an EF head but was told the Ford retainers won't fit. You need the matching retainers. The stock EF springs were tested and found to be stiffer than the JMM springs. Hence, I didn't bother fitting them.

The cylinder head reconditioner I use (Hoppers Express) said they were actually Crow springs which are imported from the US. Not sure if he's correct or not.
