Hi all,
just wondering..... My EF is in the shed, and the battery is flat. I cant get it out to do a rolling jumpstart, or get another car near it to jump it.

My question is....
Would there be any problems removing the battery from my BA and putting it next to the EF and jump starting the EF that way??

Would there be any hassles removing a BA battery (would it loose fault codes etc...?)

Any info would be much appreciated (wanna take the EF for a burn over X.Mas :))

you can jump start you ef - just check your owners manual on how to correctly setup the jumper leads.

Cheers Happy.

My question tho - is will it do any damage to the BA, removing the battery?

nope ... but it will drive a bit rough when you put it back in again as the ecu learns everything all over again!

just remember the negative (-) battery cable must be removed first and installed last.
