Either one of the LPG Solenoids is "stuck", or your converter froze due to lack of waterflow.

Best to take some time and just work the problem. You should hear the solenoids click firmly when switching over to LPG

it could have something to do with the BBM manifold conversion you done.

Also is your LPG change over switch functioning 100%

Mate i have the same problem lately with my LPG Spares H420

The H420 Regulator freezes up and you have to wait till it thaws out before you can drive it again at least 20 minute to 45min wait pending on weather and how hard i was flogging it.

I have looked at themostats and drilled holes with no luck.

The final conclusion ive come to is that that the regulator needs to be pulled down (dismantaled) and the water jackets cleaned and cleared of all foreign objects.

About to do that tomorrow morning hopefully the gaskets hold together, i will let you know of the outcome. 8-)

Oh well thats about when the first of a dozen problems started when I bought the ute.

But after some tender loving care it still drives but is in repair consistanly, cheaper than a new one though and is good to drive when Im not broken down on side of road somewhere.
