gday guys

now im not the most mechanical minded person around and neva had a clutch go on me before but i think its goin or gone???

ive got an ef futura 5 speed and every time i put my clutch in there is a really loud squeel commin from under the bonnet. happens from neutral into first, then every time i clutch it to change gears. turned around after about 1 km of driving and she is now resting till i find out what to do.
it sounds like the squeel when u have a loose fan belt... wouldnt even know how to tighten it either

what could be the problem???
any help would be much appreciated

thanx guys

dave

sounds like the clutch is worn out, rivets are dragging on fly wheel producing a scream.

if your going a HD clutch, get your firewall reinforced at the same time. 2 birds with one stone..

And check out the clutch cable - if it's binding, replace it.
