the list goes on forever, what compresion ration you running at?? probably sneak it up to 12:1 (after your head has been blueprinted, then for about a grand, you can install water injection system which will prevent pre-ignition....no 12:1 isnt too high for standard pistons, as long as your head is blueprinted and water injectection is installed.....think about it, the smaller the area, the louder the POP

Nice big intake, beefier injectors, stand alone engine management.

Short of removing the rev limiter and using a proper ECU to let the engine rev higher im not sure there are many other ways you could get more power N/A ?

Suspension work, you can lose heaps of speed if the car can't get away cleanly, also agreed on brakes and ECU

I think you've covered all the reasonable priced NA mods.
its the law of diminishing returns, you'll have to spend big dollars to get any significant increase.
I'd say bit the bullet and go turbo, for the money you'll end up spending in NA mods you'll get more go from a good turbo setup.

What the f**k?! How do you blueprint a head, and how will it effect compression ratios? You obviously have no understanding of compression ratios either, to get a 4.0 to 12:1 with stock pistons is impossible. The head has to have a combustion chamber, you can't mill it until its level with the valves, what about valve-piston clearance? You forgot to mention about cam journals, the extra timing chain length, water jacket differences, head bolts bottoming out, just to name a few.

I think you have just made everone who has read this post a little stupider. I'm not going out of my way to attack you personally, but when people like yourself write complete s**t on the forums, sometimes inexperienced people who don't know better will think what you said is right, when it isn't.
