Changed relays, installed fans that I know work, checked all fuses, etc. Can't get them to work. They kick in at high speed for a few seconds until the car cools down and then stop. They can be turned on with a scan tool, but only the passengers side comes on. Both fans worked perfectly before I pulled them from my old EL.

Any ideas?

Ecu or wireing fault.. is all it can be..

If youve replaced all fuses, relays etc,

That's what I was afraid of. Any idea on the simplest way to fix this, or should I just pull out the loom from my EL and hope for the best?

fix the problem you have rather than introducing new faults - wiring diagrams and trace circuits first - are relays correct ones as there are 2 different types used ?(normal and change over)

Hello,

It will be far easier to fix the problem you have. Have a look at the Tech Docs, and you can force the Fans to either Hi or Low for testing. One relay is the change-over relay, it uses an extra pin and is a different colour.
