I am just about to soop up my ea, what would be some of the things that i should do to the motor??
I already have a XR6 performance exhaust on it and ported injectors, what else should i do?? thanks |

Hi flow air filter,more aggressive camshaft,cold air intake,maybe some performance diff gears.

what diff gears should i get? any i deas?
I have already got a pod filter kit on it and where should i look for a cold air intake for it? thanks |

I would try to pick up a second hand XR6 or 8 diff,They have 3.45:1 centre gears,will improve your acceleration from your stand geared diff.Or you could go for 3.7's.See how you go.Price wise i was looking for one of those XR diffs a couple of months ago i priced one at FTG autosalvage they quoted me 800 dollars,so shop a€round you may find cheaper.

ea as in 3.9 centrepoint injection? first mod, mpi or new engine:P

i'll assume he has mpfi cause I never heard of ne1 porting those big a** cfi injectors, plus having a pod piped onto where the tennis raquet would be is just wierd.

XR8's had a 3.27 LSD not a 3.45
Why do you ahve ported injectors? there isnt any point, you will find it is running more rich now and loosing performance. |
