I get my EL back from the gas conversion tomorrow, which plugs (NGK's)do you use in them for normal driving on gas. Also do these need a upper cylinder lube like Flashlube or Moreys as I saw some where the BA's have different seats for the gas engines as the standards are not hard enough.

hey buddy the NGK plugs for gas are ZGR6B-11. (the same as XR6 plugs) i think off the top of my head. just ask wherever ya get em. did ya get ya head done with the conversion cos by my limited gas knwledge you should put hardened valves and seats in. valve lube will help stop the wearing of them tho.

you won't need to use any upper cylinder lubrication. I've chatted to taxi mechanics when I've been delivering parts there about it, and tehy reckon if the engines get 900,000km's without it why would you need it?
as for the plug, run the Tickford spec ones (same as on Tickford enhanced vehicles - Fairmont Ghias and XR6). Most listings should list the correct ones for LPG falcoons.

Sure do. i dropped a new AU engine at D&I Taxis and he was showing me the old one, and he picked up one of the plugs, said it was a Motorcraft Iridium, and I said it's pretty f**k (the tip was near rooted) and he said yeah, but it still works which ain't bad for 120,000km's!
I run NGK Iridiums in my ride and havn;'t had any troubles on the gas!
