About $1000 for Pacemakers and 2.5" exhaust with chrome oval tip. If you want one hell tough sounding exhaust only get them to put the centre muffler in and no hotdogs or other mufflers. I guarantee it will sound like a V8. 10-15kw gain.

WTF??? $1000 bux for competition pacemakers? I got quoted $600ish bucks for them fitted. Then when the guy found out who my old boy was he dropped the price down to $320 supplied for me lol.

Ok well exhaust done, Extractors next then cam. I am aiming for bottom end gains, that is why I like the look of the HM109SS's. What cam would be good (keeping in mind that I have an auto, it is on dual fuel and one day I hope to go manual)

you'll never get a good cam for both gas and petrol. i assume its a factory gas job, so that might help a bit.

i'd just go for a crow billit job. as long as you dont have the hybrid head it'll take any of the cams they offer. either the stage 1 or 2 is fine for a stock ecu

When I pulled the full exhaust & intake system off my EB and swapped on a stock intake/exhaust system to sell it I did not feel a major loss in power.
The car felt just as quick, and the only mods being the R3 cam + AU motor.
I distinctly remember installing the cam though, and feeling a nice power hike.

I really enjoyed driving it with the stock intake/exhaust too, it was like a silent rush of power. Was pretty cool.

If you want bottom end gains then you should have done the cam first - that's exactly where you WILL feel the best immediate benefit - then the top end will come in as you free up the zorst... - anyway you can only lead them hossy's to water......

mmm thats alright hey. My brother got pacemaker competition extractors, 2 1/2 inch stainless steel exhaust, high flow cat, turbo genie muffler and chrome tip for $1100 mates rates tho. Not a bad price hey? It sucks now tho because I dont have half the contacts that he had. One thing i do notice tho is that by mentioning his name in certain circles/shops etc. gives me a kick a** discount! And the chicks i pull! I feel bad using my brothers death for this but i know that he would want me to have fun so im trying. We were best mates after all! ahh damn i miss him
