My ef won't crank over and i think the fuel filter may be clogged up, i was wondering where abouts the fuel filter is, so i can take a look and check the condition of it.

If you can post pics of its where abouts it is, it would be much appreciated.

I don't understand the logic here. a blocked filter might stop it from starting or might make it run rough, but it wont stop the engine from cranking.

I wasn't too sure, my dad said it was a possibility, so i thought i'd ask. Its cranking, but not starting up.

That makes more sense.

There are many possibilities. Fuel filter, ignition coil, leads, spark plugs, rotor cap, fuel pump, injectors etc.

But if you want to change the fuel filter, it's located on the rear passenger side under the car hidden behind the chassis frame.
