May just be the heat cover thats rattling? Fairly sure they have a cover over them?

I took mine to an exhaust shop ... they told me it's a common issues ... they just rip the heat shield off the cat .. no more rattles.

Its usually not the cats themselves. Usually its a rock or some rust flakes or something similar thats gotten into the heat shield and is bouncing around.

mine does it too. Looks like the heat shield is comin off this weekend. I tried bendin the clips on the outside to make them tighter, but it still does it. Probably has a rock or somethin in it. Its comin off anyway.
