how do you re set the idle speed in the ef 4.0l motors? mine needs to be adjusted.

There is no actual reset of idle speed unless you mean the base idle adjust. The rest is controlled by the ECU which tells the ISC (idle speed control) what to do. You may have to clean the ISC if you are having problems with idle.

Clean your ISC then this might help.
