hey guys i recently got my baby on the road
A el xr6 with crow cam, j3 chip, pacemakers,k and n filter and its a manual.. i just got it back on the road about 2 weeks ago, and the only problem i have is the my rocker gear assembly totally f****d... they are noisey loose and lifters are noisy.. so wondering if anyone is selling a good set??? and what would you guys recommend au type ? or ef or just standard el xr6 rockers...  its a non hybrid head

Speak to CVE Performance. Without knowing what EL you have (hybrid/non hybrid) nothing can be said.

CVE sell an anti pump up lifter. Also, you have to keep E Series/non hybrid-AU rocker arms. Probably best to talk to CVE Performance and see what they recommend, at this stage they are the guru's of 4L's in Melbourne.

Is the Cam a regrind, and if it is, how many shims are fitted?

nah its a brand new cam from crow cams , doesn't need shims
