i just had my exhaust replaced on my 95 EF GLI sedan (6cly) . 2 1/2" cat back with straight through muffler and resinator. Instead of running quite cool it is now running at about half way on the temp gauge. Can anyone tell me if this is normal after fitting sports exhaust?

And they didn't touch anything before the cat? eg they didn't mess with the heatshield?

Exhaust shouldn't affect your temperature....

Didnt touch anything else. Checked coolant and oil, both fine! |
