yes, i get 7o km/hour sitting on the spot in 1st with my t5 and 3.45... slot second and my car is sitting on 120km/h sitting on the spot... ofcourse on the burnout pad at eastern creek.for proof check my gallery... so the faster the tyres spin the harder they smoke and the more rubber they leave...

How many rpm do you pull @ 120 wiht your 3.45???

This is my T5 in 2nd + 3.08 diff

I call BS or a stuffed speedo/tacho

My 3.23/T5 pulls 95kmh in 2nd, just before the revlimiter.

use a gps to check it, your speedo is definitely out.
i changed from 3.23:1 to 3.45:1 and it made the speedo out by a few km.

Think about that for a minute. Do the wheels turn quicker in 1st or 2nd?

In all honesty, most likely the tyres/surface you are trying to put lines down on. Which of course, is on private property or at a sanctioned event....

Only had the 5spd in a week so you no that clutch umm takes a little umm gettin used to Officer i mean EF Futura
Thanks for the answer seems obvious now cheers.
