We'll start with rears as theyre the easiest.

Assuming you've got the car jacked n wheel off..

Undo top nut on shock - its up inside the car in the boot. To access it you fold the rear seats down and remove the hard plastic cover. You'll need a shifter to hold the shock in place while you remove the nut. You'll see what I mean when you get there.
Undo bottom shock bolt - shock will drop down and you can pull it out of the way.

You may or may not need a set of spring compressors- theyre $30 odd from supercheap etc. I think its easier with them.
You then compress the spring down with the clamps, one on each side and evenly.
Spring should just drop down and pull it out now.
Putting the Supers in I dont think you'll need the compressors.
Put it all back in reverse order and you'll be set... making sure to reef the bottom shock bolt tight as you possibly can.

Fronts - Remove the wishbone from inside the engine bay - 4 bolts, twist it to the side out of the way.
Undo shock top and bottom, with springs compressed, and once you've got them down enough you should be able to pull them straight out.
You'll have to compress the supers to put them in.
Reverse order to put it all back and you should be set.

If theres anything Ive missed I'm sure someone will correct me.

Then it's just a case of finishing it off with a wheel alignment and away you go :D

its really easy changing springs if ur good with hands and you know basics, plus its so much better standing back and looking at what YOU have done and how good it looks, rather than paying ppl to do it

if its the stock shocks then you will probably get away without using spring compressors for the rear....if you are running shortened shockers which you should with superlows, you can do the back easily without spring compressors. To do this:
After jacking the car up, support the chassis so that you can have the jack only supporting the diffs weight. Then follow the above guide (do only one side at a time lol) up until where you put the spring in, then after its placed in there if you jack up the diff it will compress the spring enough to do up the shock bolts without a spring compressor.
For the fronts you will need one though.

Mate, one thing i'll add. Do you have a set of ramps? Reason I ask is that you have to tighten the rear lower shock bolts with the full weight of the car on them. Trust me, I thought I could get away with it also, but they just knocked like a b**ch. And when I say tighten, I mean with the longest leverage bar you can get and put everything you have into it!
I'm not far from you mate if you need some ramps. Not gunna offer to help in this heat though.....sorry mate

Where's good to get front springs and shocks?

Reckon these ones of Ebay are alright: http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Ford-Falcon-EA-E ... .m20.l1116

Will do the job fine?

Cheers :)
