heres whats happaning , head in shop getting valve reground , decked and new stem seals , etc
im putting a new timing chain and guides in , and i need to know how to set it, its coil pack so i guess i just have to set the timing chain at the right points on the sprockets , where are the timing marks ?? and such

Yes...can't get timing cover off unless you get the balancer off. Sump needs to be dropped as well...while you're at it repalce the sump gasket too.
