there was a guy here in townsville that was making twin cam heads that fit on the I6 4L as well as the crossflow 4.1L

but he has closed up shop. there may be some of his heads getting around but they wont be cheap

Yeah Bob Krogdahl was his name. They tested his heads in streetmachine mag August 2000 on an XR6 ute. Those heads bolt onto any holden 186/202 or ford 200/250 or I6 ohc. Pretty trick gear. Twin belt driven cams. Twin sparkplugs per cylinder. It was good for around 140rwKw (don't quote me on this) on the XR6 with mild cams and a raw casting. In the end poor marketing and the BA is what killed these heads. They reatailed for around 2.5k brand new as well so they are not cheap and whoever has them aint too keen on letting them go.

They'll pop up in about 15-20 years when people realise they got something prescious under the bonnet. Much like the AIT and DJR HKS turbo kits that were fitted to XE and XF falcons. Especially since the AIT XF was written off in a testing exercise and the project was aborted. There was a guy on here who had an AIT twin turbo kit on his XF.
