Hey guys,

My mums fiance is having issues in his EF.

Theres a vibration in the car. Only in drive when stationary, causing the windows and up through the steering column. Had the engine mounts replaced, still making the vibrations.

The car is lowered and just had a new exhaust put in.

Can any one help out on the issue.

cheers in advance. Sam.

when he's stationary!

Harmonic Balancer could be shot, perhaps an airleak/bad fuel fowled plugs could cause this.

Is it more of a miss rather than vibration?

Check all fluids espesh auto.

LOL, it'd have to be really out balance to vibrate when its not spinning.

I see these threads pop up from time to time
My AU did it straight away when the exhaust was fitted as well

I have gotten around it for now by increasing the base idle,.

No one has an answer for what it is or how to fix it that I know of.
