Think one of the welsh plugs is gone. I could smell coolant when I got home last night, so I removed the heat shield on the extractors, and below the plugs is some bright green fluid (coolant) and one of them has a fair bit on it.
Do they sell new ones at Repco, what's involved with replacing them? |

i think its an engine out job cause they are at the back of the engine against the firewall

umm nar if you can see the plug it easy
remove the exhaust and hit the top of the plug so it twists in the hole and when it halfway around grab some multi grips and pull the thing out dont let it drop down the block.... get a new one and a socket a few mm smaller than the plug and tap it into place easy!

im not sure if there is a welsh plug at the rear of the motor, but if you have one on the side of the motor, the way we did a mates car was get a screwdriver, and tap the plug till it got a hole, then we pryed it out.
it came out real easily, as it was an old xc falcon with original welshies, that were rusted out.

There's 5 on the side of the block, there directly in line with the spark plugs, below the extractors.
