I'm on my p's and drive a 99 au ute, iv got 3 years before I get my full license so I wanna buy a v8 and work on it untill I can put it in the ute, were can I find a v8 engine and will a BA fit into my AU?

mate i reckon it'd be cheaper to buy an AU v8 car., actually within 3 years you'd get yourself a tidy V8 BF at a good price
Just trying to save you cash mate.

To answer your question lots of them at the wreckers.

If you want something different that you can drive now and have the money, drop a DOHC and a T5 in it?
