yeh the engine bay on these things is far from massive. You shouldnt have too many problems fitting a 302 windsor V8 but once you step up to the 351 windsor i believe the cylinder walls are longer to account for a larger stroke. any how, this is an extrememly tight fit and ive only seen it on 1 other similar vehicle, and the amount of heart ache attached to it is not really worth it.

personally i would go about fitting an injected 5.0 windsor. They are plentiful and pretty cheap. You can run them on a standard ecu for a budject conversion, this will give you great fuel economy and a very healthy power increase without sacrificing around town cruising. Plus, its a V8!!!

hope this helps....

Just had a thought (first one for the day) make sure she's wide enough, the 2v intake hangs out a fair bit and watch for bonnet clearance if you need an adapter for a holley. This is in me xa..

the 5.0 winsor sounds like a grate idea... but yeah iam not in the show car for the grunt or anything i want a nice peacefull car that is just awsome to look at.. umm still might be an option thow.. if its cheap enough iam not a big spender at all

I'D LIKE TO KNOW SOME ROUGH ESTIMATE ON SOME ENGINES TOO
SAY A 5.0 winsor
OR A 250....
