It sounds ridiculous. When me and my friend were putting a sports exhaust on his EL we thought we would go for a quick drive to hear what it sounded like. It sounded cool idling in the shed but at soon as he drove it it sounded like a tractor with no muffler. Sounded very s**t and wrecked his cat!

sounds like a tractor idling, but go for a hoon and it sounds like a very angry tractor :)

Exhaust must extend 300mm beyond the rearmost opening door

BTW my ute punches out 104.5 db :lol: :lol:

ive got an el enhanced 6 with tune to length extractors, flowed cat, hot dog in line with a 2.5 inch piping to 3 inch and its loud wen u nail it, but the pick up and top end is awsome, already been $240 for exessive noise, so wat, f**k them pigs, they should do real cop work instead of hassling the people on the road.

Well go off jimmy. Did that intake mod work on your falcon? The resistor in the inlet sensor?

As long as the exhaust noise is below 90db measured at 45 degrees from a distance of 1m away from the rear of the vehicle.

Exhaust must exit past the rear door/doors. If its a ute , 2 door or pano its ok for it to exit before the rear wheels as long as its below the max db volume. :idea:

yeh thats what ive got, its nots ridiculously loud but its still louder than leagel. dont ask me how louder its is though

i have extractors with a hollow cat 2 1/4 inch pipe no mufflers and a resonator and havent been pulled over tuch wood.
