I was at a party and grabbed a lift along with a few others in my mates EB Fairmont. During the night one of the guys borrowed the eb and went for a run to the servo and thought it would be funny to stop and take out the back seat (just bottom) and leave it in a park so that when we leave there would be no seat for us to sit.
At the end of the night we went to sit in the car, there was obviously no seat? he played dumb for a while but then he came clean, we all sat in on the floor and drove to the park, but we couldnt find the seat? My mate still doesnt have a back seat and cant find one in a wreckers. He is bloody p****d off. My other mate wont pay up for a new one. What would you do about it???

he took it out, he left it there...its his responsibility..
therefore his responsibility to replace it to its previous condition... you have the following choices. 1. nothing 2. bring in the standover boys to have a chat about when, not if...hes going to pay for it 3. go around his place with the 'youlbe stick' (cos you'll be f**k when i hit you with it) and tell him you want the money in one week, or your going to deprive him of two kneecaps (and follow through with any threats you make, or you lose credability) 4. take him to court 5. knock his sister/mum up 6. gut his car.... seats, console, doors, windows, wheels, panels, side mirrors
