What's that thing? Never noticed one on my mom's work AU (series 2 Forte if I remember right) when I was checking that out.

EDIT: the arrows arn't noticable, I'm asking about the thing between the battery and top coolant bottle.

That looks like an ABS module.

That would explain why your mum's Forte didn't have it.

yes abs :)

much easier to work on there than the lower gurad position of teh E series

i thought all Au's had abs as a factory option

Yeah definently ABS module .. i thik factory was only for the upper class models like ghias and xr's

it was standard on the au3, but an option on au2 and 1, but was std on their ghias and xr's

Well futuras from EF (maybe earlier) had ABS as standard. My EL Futura has ABS as standard

I don't think ABS was an option for EGAS utes though of ANY series.
