Hey guys,

i was on the way back to sydney from kiama yesterday when 1 of my welsh plugs let go, and i lost all my water so i stopped. got it home now but dont want to spend money on a mechanic for something i could fix so where abouts would i be able to get a welsh plug for my ef fairmont.

any help would be apprieciated.

Any parts supply store, some 5 minute araldite, and a flat dolly to drive it in. Job done

rear intake side, bit of a pain in the a*** to get to

so any store like peps or supercrap?

morethan likely peps over supercrap, peps and ripco can order stuff in for you, supercheap, what you see is what you get. supercheap is the bunnings of the automotive world, trying to find service is even harder, I just can't understand why they employ 17 y/o girls, otherthan the fact they do not need part interpreters, its a glorified franklins for cars. As you can tell I hate em.

It will be 40mm. A brass one will be around the $2.50 to $3.50 mark.
Yes, the inlet side ones are a bugger to get at. There are 5 on the exhaust side, 2 on the inlet side, and 1 in the rear, behind the flex plate.
