You guys convinced me to go with the panel and different snorkel insted of the pod but i was just wondering which snorkel to go for i have an
ef xr6 and which brand of panel filter.

id go for the EL GT, people also go for the AUXR snorkel but ive looked at the 2 and id say the GT is bigger and you dont have to fiddle around to fit it.

is the snorkel available through ford spare parts tho? or do you need to own an el gt?

yeah I got mine through ford spares set me back $36, its the same as the EL XR8 snorkel, will fit straight on.

nah not to worried about athetics but that tickford logo would look pretty sweeeeeettttt.!!!!

yeah thanks what about the TE50 snorkel would they fit into an EF

Get an EL GT from FTG Auto Salvage. That's what I did and I love it. I agree with Mollow, the EL GT has a bigger mouth opening (according to my eyes haha) and is a straight swap on an EF/EL. U want the look? Do what I did and pop a Tickford badge on it. MY uncle had a few spare so I grabbed one off him and popped it on the top.

Got the best of both worlds haha - bigger snorkel, no messing around AND the look (also in Color :-) )
