hey
im in melb(eastern) and i wanna get my ef ported and polished and get my cams done.
now i dont really know much about the difference between brands but wanna know a bit more. just wondering if someone can please help me out here so in know what i am talking about when i go and get my stuff done. how deep will i have to dig into my pocket to get this done?
also a new computer would also be good.
what are the differences between brands of computers and how much should i also be paying? what is a popular computer that i could benefit from where i can get more power???

is there a place in melb that specialise in all of this???
thanx for your help guys
cheers
biff

Jim Mock motorsport in Altona will do the lot not cheap though

port and polish at flowcraft in Deerpark

get a cam from any were even posted to your door, if you wanna big cam which will require bigger valve springs etc go to a workshop.

Wade cams, are a good mob, I got my cam from them and is great, good prices to.

Dont know many port places but just for reference dont go to Martini heads, cost me a fortune and the result was lame, I could have done a better job!.

Also try EAS in Airport West.
Been there today, to price up some motor work (not to mine).
Extremely good prices, and he'll talk through everything with you, even if you dont know much about it all...
Speak to Vic, if you do.

get you head ported first then call a few cam companies and quote them the flow numbers. they should be able to come up with a better profile then what they have on shelf

Yes Flowcraft Deer Park are great,so get port and polish done first, and then wade cams will give you the appropriate cam.Cam can be fitted on your own easily.
