How can you go from wanting an EL2 XR8 and now look at a XR6 when you've already got the same thing basically, an EF XR6......i'd be looking round for another EL2 XR8 with the 185kw, nothing beats an 8!!!

My wife drives the EF XR6. An EL XR8 is pretty much looking the same as an EL XR6. Besides I'd save a bucket load of money in fuel on the XR6. The XR8s had a 3.23 diff the XR6 has a 3.45 diff.
I dont care if its an 8 or a 6 as long as its manual. Auto f**k s**t me.

Not interested in shipping a car over. I've heard to many stories of cars missing parts when they reach their destination. Otherwise there is a perfect EF XR8 manual I would ship over.

it'll need to pass the pits over here - would a 6-speed box cause any issues w/ rego? :?

I beg to differ :P
Driving an XR8 from the east to west coast would probably cost more in petrol than it would to ship it. Fly over on a cheap $150 flight and have it shipped back to perth ...with you in it to ride shotgun

I didn't mean they beat as in win a race, i mean in terms of 8's being the best, in terms of toughness, if you know what i mean.

And I reckon the 6 would be cheaper to run, mine chews a bit of juice
