Have just swapped an engine and found it to be low in power.
It was OK before removing from previous vehicle. It idles OK, no smoke from exhaust, no fuel from vac side of fuel regulator.
There are two odd things. When the vac line to the brake booster is removed, idle speed increases dramatically and the water temp gage is very low and the fans are running.
