The head gasket went in my EB2 Fairmont. The guy who is doing it for me is a mate of mine who also happens to do engine rebuilding for a living. He said that while I have the head off and the cam out the he had a perfect condition EB XR6 cam the I could have for 30 dollars. What difference do you think it will make to the performance??? I had the car dynoed about a year ago and it made 105rwkw. Pretty sad but I was told that it was quite good for a stock motor with 240k on the clock. What is the average for these engines and what gain will I get with the cam??
