G'day

Whats the biggest alternator amp wise i can get? It needs to fit an xf falcon. Is there a way i can adapt a later model say au or ba alternator to the mounting brackets.
I gona run the new jay car monoblock and a 4x100 and em concerned about the amount of amps they will pull. I all ready have an optima yellow top battery.

Cheers

goign for one of the later model alternators will probably mean a serpentine conversion.... even then, a custom bracket will have to be made

a different idea would be to get a large case 60A alternator from an XF and get it rebuilt with higher output windings..... upgrades it to 80A IIRC
