Old man bought a few new cd's and they can't be played in the car... im well aware that the car won't play Burnt cd's but as far as not playing original cd's??
Any ideas

The factory CD player in my AUII Futura plays burnt CD's, but you have to burn them very slowly, like 2X.
Sounds like a prob with the unit itself, they aren't the best quality things.

I have an AUIII Forte, it play burnt (x32 speed) and new/older CD's no drama. Try burning them and see it they work.

Odd, my AUII forte plays any cd you throw at it.... i can burn them up to 48 speed with no dramas

hey man welcome another mighty AU owner! i had au2 cd player and was the same as above! id suggest cleaing the lens if u can
