hey all

did a bit of a search but couldnt find exactly what i was after... has anyone done or got pics of a flip or mounted screen in a ba that isnt in the original premium sound thingo??
maybe a flip out screen in the tissue box section etc? anyone seen it done?

yeh man theres a few around.. pain in the a** job tho aparently, i thought about it but ended up just selling me dvd player.. im just gonna install the premo sound when I get some cash

i tried uploadin some pics of it done for u but it is stuffing up sorry.. ill try later if no1 else posts pics. Personally I think it looks not that great when its done tho

it's not that hard really just gotta make up an mdf panel that fits where the tissue boxholder is. pop over the www.caraudioaustralia.com and look for a tutorial by bob^ and it tells you how to install a head unit there, same thing really.

I've done it. Yes it's a PITA job, but the results are well worth it. Only major problem is the screen will hit the shifter. Even in D (as far away as it gets) the screen just scrapes the shifter button, any other gear and it won't open/close.

The carbon kit is great, just wish they'd hurry up and do the ICC bit.
