Alright...i finally found some tim eto do an install in the Fairmont...I was just wanting some pictures or ideas that i can bounce around...i wanna run a couple 12's, not sure whether to face em in or out yet.

i will be doing mine over the mid semester break and have a few little things up my sleeves!! :wink:

are u going for a custom box just to house the speakers

or are u looking to do a full boot install with walls, dynamat, some nice lighting.

if you goin the full install i would say face them in to the cabin put false floor down and on the back of the box have one big a** amp :twisted:

if you need help ill gladly come ova and give you a hand

yeah full boot install.should be good.as ive done them for other peoples cars but not really my own.lol

You want to face the subs towards the rear of the car.
If you put the facing the back of the seats you will lose a lot of the punch because the sound will be bouncing off the rear seats straight back into the sub
