Looks good. Very similar to my first setup. I prefer laptops for this sorta stuff. My laptop in my car from key turn to music playing takes about 5 seconds.
If you don't already know about it, check out mp3car. I reckon your setup would function better using a frontend of some form. I recommend RoadRunner. Free, easily the most widely used frontend, and open source. And yeah, get a touch overlay. My first two setups didn't utilize a screen, and now I would never go back.
