Ok, I just pulled the premium H/U from my EL...
I have bought a Pioneer 6850, just waiting for it to arrive. What I would like to know is will the Pioneer have a bracket that fits in the falcon? The premo H/U had a double bracket on it that made it sit in the space, and Im guessing the Pioneer wont have that? Are these available to buy somewhere or do I have to try and bodge a bracket up? Cheers... |

you can use the bracket from your premium units. You pioneer unit will have the holes in the right positions to secure the bracket to

I should have said, the bracket is sold with the H/U so I will be without it...

well dont sell it with the headunit heheh
and you will prob need to get a single din facia for the stereo unless you want a big gap

dude, aerpro make the pockets, about 20 bucks

You will need the single din brackets as the double din bracket will fowl with the pocket on the single din surround. Also if you are to sell the premo unit its usless with out the bracket.

Yea, Ive actually just arranged to do a swap with the person who has bought the premo system
