I've got a Pioneer AVHP-5750DVD was exy, but it's good, it's indash with a touchscreen. Running with it is a Blaupunkt roof mount screen, two sunvisor screens and two headtrest screens. I use an SBO video signal booster spliter for the screens.
I've just added a Sound4 TV tuner and PSone into the mix and still trying to get the reverse camera to work properly.
I noticed the other day that Pioneer do some upgrades for it that I'll get eventually, a steering wheel remote, GPS Vehicle Dynamic Processor and bluetooth system.

Hey..

I run a JVC DVD player, cant remember the model, but it plays USB sticks and DivX. Got for a really good price and it is loaded with features. Definately recommend it.
Runs through the premium sound screen on the BA, so doesnt really help you out. My brother has an indash one that pops out. looks pretty special too.
The only "problem" if you can call it that, is that it takes 10-15 seconds to load up any dvd discs, both mp3 or movies.

1) Im different. I am using an Ebay brand DVD player. It is a double din unit with a 6.5" screen on the front covering the unit. It is also touchscreen. It runs DVD, CD, TV, a reverse camera and sub and amp package.
2) Same as a normal headunit for me.
3) Only if hte driver cant see the picture.
4) Like I said my screen is on the front of my headunit.
5) Mine is as good as the others. A little different to use but just as good as hte $2000 Kenwood one htat gave me the idea.
6) I paid $950 for mine and was worth every cent.

Hope that helps.

A5. The cheaper ones are NOT as good as Alpine, Pioneer, Eclipse, JVC, etc. If you're talking eBay cheap, then you'll have no proper warranty.

Ha ha, too much.
the PSone cost $200.00 years and years ago (it's the second generation, that small model, fits perfectly in the center console underneath the stereo and that). Just cost me an extra $30.00 to get a new AV cable and the car power adapter for it.
Pioneer player was about $1,400.00.
Blaupunkt roof screen was $100.00.
TV tuner was $40.00.
Reverse camera was about $50.00, it's got those infrared LEDs on it for night vision.
Probably spent over $100.00 on wiring as I use that thick gold plated gear.
Other 4 screens and the splitter were almost $800.00 for the lot.
And when I priced the rest of that Pioneer gear up it was gunna be about another grand...

Even if they do come with warrenty, by the time you pay return postage it's almost as much as you poayed for the thing to begin with!

7in Team OA headrest screen which can be fit below headunit (on my EL anyway) - $160
Ps2 slimline to fit in glovebox - $170
Inverter - $70
Pioneer AV in adaptor for headunit $60
Wiring was like <$20 (all i needed was power wire for inverter)
So all up like $500
