i just earthed my handbrake wires couldnt be botherd hooking up the switches to make it work ill just pay the fine but yeah if u put the screen in b4 they get to ur car wat can they do s**t all

They can't so much if you put the screen in before they get out and get to your car. But if the reason they're pulling you over, is because they saw the car lit up like a christmas tree inside, or saw the screen working, then you may need to show them that it can't work when the handbrake is down. Thats the reason why i did it. Its one less thing they can be a**hole to you about.

had a monitor in the car for around 2 years now and cops have never said anything. its mounted above the head unit. most units have got remote anyway so if your worryed just turn it off when u see a cop
