Just looking for ideas as to where to mount tweeters ?
I dont mind getting down and dirty with some bog / fibreglass.

A pillars, mirror covers, kick panels ?

what do people think ?

really just looking for opinions, and also some reasoning to back it up.

on those triangular peices above the front door skins (the side mirror cover plate thingos). Reason: because it's a peice of piss to mount them there! :D

You are better off getting the tweeters further away and more equidistnat (same distance from left and right side)

Because the sound waves are so small with tweeters even 2cm can majke a huge difference.

I would mount intot he A-Pillars especially if you have no problem working with a little fibreglass.

PS very nice Sail Pilar pods, well done...

Yeah they are pretty good. The passenger side tweeter is aimed at the drivers side and vice versa. Pretty good staging actually.

What about mounting the tweeters in the top corners of your front windscreen? You wouldn't even notice them.
